Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring with me?
Please bring clothes, toiletries, and electronics (cell phones and laptops are allowed). At each location we provide cable and Wi-Fi. All of our locations have pots and pans, cooking utensils, and a washer and dryer. Upon admission, you are provided bedding, towels, and a pillow. We ask you please purchase or bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent.

What should I expect on my first day?
• You will work with your assigned therapist, who will schedule with you which groups you will attend at the clinic. (Groups are 1-5 PM on Monday through Thursday, and 11 AM – 3 PM Friday)
• You will be assigned your individual Life Coach
• The intake coordinator takes the client grocery shopping and to grab any needed toiletries or items
How often will I be at the clinic?
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) runs Monday through Friday, those in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) will attend the clinic 2-4 days a week, as worked out with their individual therapist. Our Morning Program begins at 11 AM each day for all new clients for their first two weeks in the program.

Am I allowed visitors?
Yes – if they are immediate family members, you are allowed to spend time with your loved one on the property. We kindly ask, if it’s a friend that is visiting, to spend time off grounds.

Am I allowed to leave the property?
You can leave your house/apartment to run errands, go out for a walk, grab dinner, etc. Please inform staff when you leave and when you return.

Can I have my phone or computer?
You are allowed your phone, laptop, and other electronic devices in the residencies and clinic, as long as they do not interfere with treatment.
