Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient

BlueSky Behavioral Health, LLC offers comprehensive Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Programs. These programs offer a range of treatments to aid and support individuals with mental health, dual diagnosis, and personality disorders. BlueSky treats a host of disorders such as Depression, Anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizoaffective Disorder and Schizophrenia, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), as well as several other mental health and personality disorders. The primary role of Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs are to help client's foster effective coping skills by providing a high level of clinical support.

A Different Approach

Partial Hospitalization Treatment Program

BlueSky Behavioral Health's Partial Hospitalization Program runs Monday through Friday. The program includes a minimum of four therapeutic groups per day. In addition, individual therapy is provided two times per week, medication management occurs weekly, and a nurse is on staff to help clients navigate questions about their medications. The purpose of the partial hospitalization program is to provide acute treatment and therapy, diagnostic clarification, relapse prevention, and to provide an alternative to inpatient care. BlueSky is unique in that it treats a host of mental health disorders, co-occurring or dual diagnosis disorders, and personality disorders through the use of skills-based, process based, and innovative group and individual therapies. An individualized approach to treatment is utilized where at least two and often three group therapies occur simultaneously in order to provide clients treatment that is specific to their needs. The Partial Hospitalization level of care helps clients to acclimate to the stresses of life following inpatient hospitalization or can serve to help avoid the need for inpatient hospitalization.

Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program

BlueSky also offers an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) level of care. The IOP program runs from three to five days per week depending on client need. The clients who are in the IOP level of care are involved in at least four group therapy sessions per day and attend individual therapy one or two times per week, depending on their goals and days per week they attend the IOP program. Many of the services above provided in the Partial Hospitalization Program are provided in the IOP level of care, but with less frequency and intensity. The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a less acute treatment option that still provides clients intensive and individualized therapy when traditional outpatient services are not enough to adequately manage life stressors.

The BlueSky Partial Hospitalization and IOP Programs provide a high level of quality care that is respectful of client's individual needs and strengths. Utilizing methods such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Process Groups, and medication management, BlueSky effectively treats client's symptoms with the goal of improving quality of life.
