How many borderline behaviors do you currently have? How far into the Recovery Zone are you? You can only manage what you measure. Therefore your first step is to determine where you are on your recovery journey. Complete the following Self-Help Assessment to establish your starting point.

If your highest score was in the Borderline Zone and it was at least 4 out of 10, then you can certainly benefit from connecting with a BlueSky Professional or simply reading one of our many behavior health articles. If you score in the other zones 0 or 1, that is okay. It is to be expected at this point in your recovery. If you scored less than 2 in the Borderline Zone and above 4 in the Free Zone, you do not display significant borderline tendencies. If you choose to work with us, you will see the Starting Point chart again. Remember, you can only manage what you measure.
